Dr. Patrice Gélinas received his doctorate in administration (accounting) from HEC Montréal. He is an award-winning researcher and teacher, as well as a regular consultant to several of Canada's largest employers through the independent advisory firm Hexarem Inc. His research interests include executive compensation, corporate governance, business history and the value of job security. Patrice teaches advanced financial accounting and managerial accounting.
Patrice advises boards of directors, compensation committees and senior executives on a broad array of executive compensation issues. He is a CFA charter holder and an associate (ASA) of the Society of Actuaries.
