Her educational background shows this eclectic blend -- there are degrees in mathematics, psychology, business with an organizational behaviour minor, the PhD in management sciences from an engineering school. The designations demonstrate the applied directions of Ingrid’s focus, showcasing why many of her publications are based on real-world cases that are published in either research journals or one of the textbooks that she co-authors.
