I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at York University. My research interests are in public economics, the economics of education, and labour Economics. My current research is focused on understanding how incentives in education determine teacher performance and how low-cost interventions can improve outcomes for university students. I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Toronto in 2016.
