Kei Yoshida is a professor at Faculty of Social Sciences, Waseda University, Tokyo, and a visiting scholar at Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, York University, Toronto.

He is the author of 2 books: Rationality and Cultural Interpretivism: A Critical Assessment of Failed Solutions (Lanham, MD: Lexington Books, 2014) and Shakaikagaku no Tetsugaku Nyūmon [Philosophy of the Social Sciences: An Introduction] (Tokyo: Keiso Shobo, 2021). He is Managing Editor of the journal Philosophy of the Social Sciences (SAGE), a member of the editorial board of the journal Social Epistemology (Taylor & Francis), and a member of the steering committee of Asian Network for the Philosophy of the Social Sciences (ANPOSS).
