Kei Yoshida is a professor at Faculty of Social Sciences, Waseda University, Tokyo, and a visiting scholar at Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, York University, Toronto.
He specializes in philosophy of science and philosophy of the social sciences. He is the author of 2 books: Rationality and Cultural Interpretivism: A Critical Assessment of Failed Solutions (Lanham, MD: Lexington Books, 2014) and Shakaikagaku no Tetsugaku Nyūmon [Philosophy of the Social Sciences: An Introduction] (Tokyo: Keiso Shobo, 2021). He is Managing Editor of the journal Philosophy of the Social Sciences (SAGE), a member of the editorial board of the journal Social Epistemology (Taylor & Francis), and a member of the steering committee of Asian Network for the Philosophy of the Social Sciences (ANPOSS).
